An event production client contacted us for large-scale bandwidth to stream a United Nations General Assembly conference around the world. They had received an eleventh-hour request to stream the event live to a number of off-site constituents and project it for large-scale viewing in each location.

A major digital music retailer planned to host a database-driven online promotion. With the launch of a new concept product, they sought Marathon's expertise in providing the specialized datacenter management necessary for a quick turn-around in a rapid development project.

Marathon was contacted by the president of a leading legal recruiting firm with one office in New York and another in New Jersey. Their Macintosh desktops were aging badly, with office management software no longer supported by it's manufacturer and partially replaced by a laborious paper filing system.

Marathon received a call from a system administrator at a California branch office of a national community outreach organization. The branch had suffered a catastrophic data corruption on its Exchange server, resulting in a complete loss of stored e-mail and contacts, and no incoming or outgoing mail.

An international industrial equity firm needed a full IT solution for both a corporate office and large mobile workforce. When the principals contacted Marathon, they had only a few weeks to set up an operational company. In addition to a full office build-out, they needed support for remote staff as well.

An interior design firm contacted Marathon to replace their dated and malfunctioning infrastructure. The entirety of the firm's hardware had been leased, and as the lease was approaching renewal, they decided to investigate other options.

With a growing business, our client knew they needed a more robust hosting solution to support the projected growth of their product. They contacted Marathon to migrate their current application to a new data facility. The architecture needed to be able to expand rapidly while providing the stability and uptime to support their growing client base.

They needed a reliable resource with both a demonstrated knowledge of the service demanded by clients in the region, and the local vendor relationships to provide that service and beyond.
