A successful Manhattan-based interior design firm contacted Marathon in order to replace their dated and malfunctioning infrastructure. The entirety of the firm's hardware had been leased, and as the lease was approaching renewal, the firm decided to investigate other options.
National Community Outreach Organization
Marathon received a call from a system administrator at a California branch office of a national community outreach organization. The branch had suffered a catastrophic data corruption on its Exchange server, resulting in a complete loss of stored e-mail and contacts, and no incoming or outgoing mail.
Marathon was contacted by the president of a leading legal recruiting firm with one office in New York and another in New Jersey. Their Macintosh desktops were aging badly, with office management software no longer supported by it's manufacturer and partially replaced by a laborious paper filing system.
